Refund policy for digital downloads
All sales are final
Every product sold here is a digital PDF delivered instantly upon payment. Because the file is downloadable immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital goods with immediate access and are waiving any statutory cancellation period that would otherwise apply.
Delivery
Your download link appears on screen the moment payment succeeds, and a copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Links remain active for one hour. If a link expires or you never received the email, you can request fresh links here at any time, free of charge.
If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, received the wrong file, or the file will not open, that is a delivery problem rather than a refund request — reach out and it will be corrected. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Chargebacks
Please make contact before filing a chargeback. Disputed purchases have their download access revoked while the dispute is reviewed.
