What is collected
Three things, and nothing more: the email address you enter into a signup form, the email address and payment confirmation returned by the payment processor when you buy a PDF, and standard anonymous traffic statistics for the site. Card numbers are never seen or stored here — payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
How it is used
Your email is used to deliver the file you asked for, to resend download links on request, and to send occasional letters from The Brain Circle. Purchase records are kept so that download links can be reissued and for tax and accounting purposes.
The Brain Circle mailing list
Completing a purchase or downloading the free tool adds your address to The Brain Circle, an occasional email letter from the practice. This is disclosed at the point of checkout and signup. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to re-download anything you have purchased.
Sharing
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the service providers required to operate the site — the payment processor, the email delivery service, and the hosting and database provider — each of whom may only use it to provide that service.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe at any time, or request that your email address and purchase record be deleted entirely. Deleting your purchase record means download links can no longer be reissued to you, so please save your files first.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
