I am a firm believer that our mental health is every bit as important as our physical health, and hope to help others find peace in the chaos of parenthood.
I am a stay-at-home mom of four amazing and crazy kids, one of whom has ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder. I have personal experience battling depression and I know what a challenge that can be, particularly for parents.
I have a BA in psychology, an obsession with personality theory, and I love to read personal development books and share them with everyone I know.
I have always wanted to write, and love that this blog provides a way to write about something I am very passionate about.
